Training with me is more than just a workout. You not only receive an exercise plan tailored to your body and experience level and an achievable eating plan, I focus on the recovery as well. As a neurokinetic therapist and proprioceptive deep tendon reflexologist, it is my mission to not only train your body to reach its peak performance but to feel good from beginning to end.

Custom sessions bring out the best in your body, regardless of your experience level, created through experience learned through continued education and more than six years of experience.

Training with me is convenient and customized. With two degrees from Texas Tech University and hundreds of hours (and counting) of continued education resulting in multiple certifications, you can trust that I am knowledgeable in creating workouts that not only give you your best body, but take care of it along the way. I pride myself on results that are seen and unseen. It is my goal for you to look good and feel good. With a family of my own, I know the importance of time.
